Working parameters The main operating parameters of the injection molding machine that are closely related to the hydraulic system during a work cycle are injection pressure, injection rate, clamping force, and pressure holding pressure. Injection pressure is an important factor to overcome the flow resistance of molten material flowing through nozzles, runners, and mold cavities, to ensure mold stability, and to ensure accuracy and yield of injection molded products. When the screw diameter is constant, the size of the injection pressure is determined by the hydraulic system. The injection rate is a parameter that characterizes the speed at which the melt fills the mold cavity. It directly affects the quality and productivity of the product, the size of which is controlled by the flow of working oil from the injection cylinder. The clamping force is the maximum clamping force that can be applied to the mold by the mold clamping mechanism of the injection molding machine. Together with the injection volume, it becomes the parameter of the nominal injection molding machine specification. For the hydraulic-toggle-type mold clamping device, the clamping force is controlled by the hydraulic pressure. The system and the toggle mechanism jointly determine; for the full hydraulic clamping device, the size of the clamping force is determined by the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine.
