The general processing templates mainly include pin holes, guide post holes, insert grooves, key grooves and so on.
(1) The processing method when making pin holes is: take a ten-millimeter pin hole as an example, we will first use a 9.0 drill to drill the bottom hole, then use a 9.8 drill to ream the hole, and then use a ten-millimeter reamer to ream the hole. But what we should pay attention to here is that when we drill the 9.8 bit, we should try it on the pin hole with a ten-millimeter pin. We cannot be sure that the hole drilled by the 9.8 bit must be 9.8, and there will be certain errors. If When the ten-millimeter pin can't be put in, we will continue the drilling procedure later. When using the reamer after drilling, you must also pay attention. When the reamer reams the first hole, we also have to use a 10mm pin to test the hole. When it is found that the 10mm pin can fit tightly, then go to the next procedure.
(2) Guide post hole: The guide post hole is relatively accurate, and we have to be careful when doing it. When making the guide post hole, we may also use a drill and milling cutter to mill a bottom hole first. At this time, we also have to use a caliper to measure the size of the hole, and the phenomenon that the hole is large before the boring is started cannot occur. After it's ok, we'll go to the boring tool. "Note: It is also necessary to pay attention to the use of the boring tool. The boring tool needs to be calibrated twice, on the workpiece surface and the side wall of the hole to be boring. 》When boring a hole, we have to test the knife. Generally, the test knife is five millimeters. After the knife is tested, we use the inner diameter to measure it. It depends on the actual size of the hole and the size of the hole we want to boring. Adjust the scale of the boring tool until it just reaches the hole size requirement on the drawing.
