⑴ Generally, when we are milling the blanking slot, if we do not pay attention, it is easy to break the knife. When we are milling quickly, if we do not knock off the unmilled part in the middle in time, the knife will be stuck. Since we have experience, of course we can avoid it, but we should be optimistic about the procedure. Because sometimes there are many places for program milling and the depth is different, it should be used according to the situation. If it is all milling and blanking, we can adopt the method of facing the tool from the bottom, and then enter the depth to be milled in the program in G60, so that the tool will not be stuck.
(2) During the processing, we did not pay attention to the processing content on the drawing. When the place where we code the mold happens to have a processing place, it will also cause us to break the knife or collide with the machine.
(3) The tool is broken because the tool is not processed. When finishing machining, we must remember to measure the tool pendulum. When processing, we also have to be familiar with the material of each template. Generally, there are some materials such as A3, 45#, CR12, CR12mov, skd11, s45c, SLD, P20 and so on. We need to be familiar with the hardness of these materials for processing, and different materials need different treatments. Remember some common commands, for example, we need to know the flexible use of G81, G73, and G83 in processing. Tool magazines are rarely used in making hardware molds, but general CNCs are equipped with tool magazines. If the programming does not pay attention to the post-processing, the tool change command will generally appear. At this time, it is more troublesome for the operator who has never used the tool magazine. Generally, the command of automatic tool change appears TnM6: Tn refers to the tool number, and M6 is the command of automatic tool change. I thought that the hardware mold does not need to use the tool magazine. When such a phenomenon occurs, we will use the M84 command. Common commands: M00 program stop
