Technical requirements for aluminum alloy processing:

1. Drawing drawings.

Drawings are an ideal preliminary embodiment, so technicians need to draw accurate 3D drawings according to customer needs, and technicians should also be able to judge whether the customer's needs are reasonable or give feasible proposals for later adjustment and modification.

2. Processing standards.

Aluminum profile processing services include cutting, drilling, tapping, etc. If the processing cannot be performed accurately according to the size, it will cause the aluminum profile to fail to be assembled. Therefore, the standards for aluminum profile processing are as follows: the surface is smooth and rough, the size cutting error is within ±0.5mm, and the tapping should be consistent with the size of the drawing.

Third, the assembly requirements. Transport the processed aluminum profiles to the assembly area, wipe the aluminum scraps on the surface, prepare the tools, and assemble according to the drawings. Wrap it with protective film, stick a label and wait for delivery.
